We’re so happy to share that right now, we’ve officially had more animals find their forever homes than we currently have available for adoption! 🤎🐾
Our sweet Luna Mai is still waiting for her forever family, and we would absolutely love to see her find her home before her 1st birthday on August 5th!
While our adoption list may be short right now, our work certainly hasn’t stopped! Some of our recent work has included fostering orphaned bottle babies for our local shelter and supporting pet owners with resources to help keep their animals safely at home and out of the shelter system.
And if Luna isn’t the perfect match for your family, please don’t stop your search here! Check out the incredible animals waiting at our local shelters and fellow nonprofit rescues. Somewhere in our community, there is an animal waiting for a home just like yours.
Adopt local. Support rescue. Save a life. 💛
Every little face you see here has been loved, cared for, and prepared for their next chapter. We work hard to send our animals home happy, healthy, and ready to be somebody’s new sidekick.

Luna Mai is the kind of dog that makes you wonder how she's still looking for a home to just call hers.
At just 10 months old, she already has wonderful manners and a calm, gentle personality. She is house-trained, respectful in the home, doesn't rush the door, and is happiest simply spending time with her people.
Luna was originally adopted as a puppy from El Paso Animal Services and grew up in a home with a 3-year-old child. Because of military relocation, her family made the difficult decision to surrender her through no fault of her own.
Since arriving in foster care, Luna has continued to prove what a special dog she is. She is patient, loving, and adapts easily to new situations. She has the playful spirit of a young dog but the maturity and manners of an older one.
Don't let her bully-breed mix fool you—Luna is a total sweetheart. She loves affection, enjoys being part of the family, and has the kind of temperament that makes her an excellent companion.
Her first birthday is coming up on August 5th, and our biggest wish is for her to celebrate it with a family of her own.
Luna is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and ready to go home.
All she needs now is someone to give her the forever home she deserves. 🐾❤️

By adopting from us, adopters understand that some kittens and puppies may be too young to be spayed or neutered at the time of adoption. In accordance with Texas animal welfare guidelines and our adoption policies, adopters will be required to sign a spay/neuter agreement promising to have the animal sterilized within 30 days of reaching the appropriate age as determined by a licensed veterinarian. Proof of sterilization may be requested for our records if you do not coordinate their appointment through us. This policy helps prevent unwanted litters and supports responsible pet ownership within our community.
